Your staff already know what needs to change.

AlignOS turns what your employees already know into a diagnostic you can act on. Weeks, not quarters.

The most expensive problem in your organisation is the one you can't see

The cost of misalignment shows up as initiatives that launch but don't take hold. Reorganisations that solve one problem and create three more. Talent that leaves and, when asked why, says things that surprise nobody except the leadership team.

Most leaders believe they understand what's happening. They run surveys, hold town halls, maintain open-door policies. But these tools are designed to filter truth before it reaches the top — surfacing what people are willing to say in safe formats, not the patterns that determine whether a strategy will land.

AlignOS exists because this gap is solvable — if you ask the right questions, in the right way, and know what to do with the answers.

The method

AlignOS doesn't start with technology. It starts with the questions that matter — the ones that surface alignment, blockages, and the untapped intelligence of your workforce.

01

Listen

Confidential survey, honest answers. Employees respond to open-ended questions designed to surface causes, not just sentiment — what's working, what's blocking progress, and what they'd change if they could.

02

Analyse

AI classification, human judgment. Responses are classified against a framework of 5 core themes and 21 facets. The AI handles pattern detection and confidence scoring. A human reviews every output.

03

Report

A CEO-ready diagnostic, not a dashboard. You receive a structured report with a health snapshot, theme analysis with verbatim quotes, and 2–5 prioritised recommendations.

04

Act

Walkthrough and strategic review. We contextualise the findings, pressure-test recommendations against what we've seen in comparable organisations, and help you build a response plan. The difference between a good report and one that changes how you lead is context — that's what the human layer provides.

A diagnostic designed for how executives actually make decisions

Not a 200-slide deck. Not a dashboard you'll check once.
A structured, truth-first report that respects your time and rewards your attention.

Where you stand

Overall organisational health, top risks, and a single “If You Do One Thing” callout. The critical picture in 60 seconds.

What's really happening

Five core dimensions analysed with verbatim employee quotes — what's working, where there's strain, what your people want more of and less of, and where they believe the organisation should be heading.

What to do about it

2–5 prioritised recommendations with rationale, connection to employee input, suggested timeframe, and ownership guidance. Built to be acted on, not filed.

The methodology was built in the room, not in a lab

Before AlignOS was a product, it was a practice — developed over decades of direct work inside organisations like these, diagnosing alignment issues and translating employee voice into executive action.

Tom Kelly

Tom Kelly

Tom has been in the room with executive teams navigating their hardest moments — post-merger integration at Kraft, turnaround at Danone Waters, strategic refocus at B Lab Global. He built AlignOS because the diagnostic methodology that drove those outcomes shouldn't require a six-figure consulting engagement. Recognised by The Conference Board for excellence in executive development.

Common questions

Isn't this just another employee survey?

No. Surveys give you numbers. AlignOS gives you understanding. It captures what employees actually think in their own words, classifies it against a practitioner-built framework, and translates it into specific, prioritised actions. The output is a CEO-ready report, not a dashboard.

What if people aren't honest?

Anonymity is structural, not promised. Responses are stripped of identifying information the moment they're submitted — names, department references, role hints, even writing patterns that could identify someone. There's a minimum threshold of 6 respondents before any signal appears in the report. Employees are told exactly how their data will be handled before they participate.

We already run annual engagement surveys. Why add this?

Annual surveys measure sentiment. AlignOS diagnoses causes. Your annual survey might tell you morale is declining in a particular division — AlignOS will tell you why, and surface implementable ideas from the people closest to the problem. Different instrument, different depth, different outcome.

How long does it take?

Survey deployment to executive-ready report: typically 3–4 weeks. The survey itself takes employees 15–20 minutes. Analysis and report generation takes days, not months. The human review and contextualisation adds depth without adding quarters.

What happens after we get the report?

We walk you through the findings in a dedicated session — not a presentation, a conversation. We contextualise the results against what we've seen in comparable organisations, pressure-test the recommendations, and help you build a response plan. The goal is that you leave with clarity on what to do first, why, and how to bring your leadership team along.

How is the AI involved?

The AI handles pattern detection — classifying thousands of individual insights against a structured framework, detecting themes, calculating statistical confidence, identifying tensions humans might miss at scale. But the framework itself was built from years of doing this work by hand. And a human reviews every report before it reaches you.

Is my employees' data secure?

All responses are anonymised at source with a minimum threshold of 6 respondents per signal. Data is stored within UK/EU jurisdictions and never used to retrain public AI models. PII is automatically scrubbed — emails, phone numbers, names, department identifiers. Retention windows are configurable, defaulting to 90–120 days. Reports are shared only with approved leaders through granular access controls.
